Certified Pathway Sites™
Pathway Sites are businesses, institutions, and organizations that agree to host structured career experiences for K–12 students through the Real-World Pathways™ network. No fees. No overhead. Just access.
Why Partner With Us
Businesses that invest in youth career exposure are recognized as community anchors. Your participation signals corporate citizenship — the kind that earns trust with customers, local government, and prospective employees. It belongs in your annual report, your ESG story, and your employer brand.
Students who visit your workplace become aware of your industry years before they enter the workforce. The organizations that show up early win the talent conversation.
We handle scheduling, student consent forms, educator coordination, and post-visit reporting. You show up, open your doors, and we do the rest.
Your business is listed on the RWP marketplace, featured in school communications, and recognized publicly as a vetted, youth-safe career destination.
Every visit generates a FLIQ Score™ impact report — documented proof of how your investment changed student career awareness. Grant-ready, board-ready, and PR-ready.
Want to go further than a visit? We've already built the infrastructure for your community investment budget — a direct giving pathway to a vetted 501(c)(3) focused on youth financial literacy in underserved Atlanta communities. No need to find a cause, vet a nonprofit, or set up a workflow. It's already here.

We designed the Pathway Site commitment to be achievable for a two-person operation and scalable for a Fortune 500. You set your availability. You control your group sizes. You can pause or close your listing at any time.
The only non-negotiable: every site completes a youth safety acknowledgment and has a certificate of insurance on file before the first student visit. After that, the rest is up to you.

The Process
Takes 10 minutes. Tell us about your business, the careers students would be exposed to, and what a visit could look like.
Our team reviews your application, conducts a site safety check, and verifies your insurance. Most sites are certified within 5 business days.
We build your listing on the RWP marketplace and make it searchable by schools and nonprofits in your region.
When an educator requests your experience, we coordinate everything. You get a confirmed visit date, student count, and a structured agenda.
Student Transportation
Transportation is never your responsibility as a Pathway Site. We coordinate logistics on our end — and we've built three layers of support to make sure no student misses an experience because of distance.
If your site is walkable from a transit stop, we feature that prominently in your listing. Transit-accessible sites see meaningfully higher request volume — and it costs nothing to flag on your application.
Most school districts have an existing field trip transportation process. We provide partner schools a guide to coordinate district buses at no additional cost — your visit qualifies as a structured educational experience.
For schools and nonprofits that need additional support, we've established a Transportation Fund — backed by corporate giving and grant partnerships — so that distance is never the reason a student misses your experience.
Learn about the Transportation Fund →As a Pathway Site, you are never responsible for coordinating or covering student transportation. Your only role is to open your doors — we handle the rest.
Founding Cohort — 2026
Founding seats are open now. The organizations that come in first don't just join the network — they help define it. This is a rare window to shape something from the ground up, wherever you are.
Founding Pathway Sites receive featured listing placement in the marketplace and priority matching with school and nonprofit partners.
Your organization is publicly recognized as a Founding Pathway Site™ — in our network communications, school outreach, and platform materials.
Founding sites work directly with our program team — shaping the experience types, scheduling norms, and impact frameworks that define this network.
Common Questions
Any legally operating business with at least one professional who can speak to a career path. We've certified healthcare systems, logistics hubs, tech companies, retail chains, trades contractors, nonprofits, and government agencies.
No. Some of our best-rated experiences are facility tours with a 15-minute Q&A. Others are structured career panels. You decide what format works for your team — we provide an optional facilitation guide.
Great. We support six experience types: Site Visits, Job Shadows, Career Panels, Mentorships, Internships, and Project Partnerships. Apply with whatever format makes sense for your organization.
We're building a transportation partner network to reduce this barrier for schools. In the interim, most partner schools coordinate their own transportation or use MARTA. We flag public transit access on every listing. If you're located near a MARTA stop, that goes in your listing description and increases your request volume significantly.
Yes. You set the grade range, group size, and availability windows. You can also decline specific requests — though our data shows that sites with broader availability see significantly higher engagement.
We're certifying our first cohort of Pathway Sites now — launching in Atlanta and expanding to new markets. Early sites get featured placement on the marketplace, a dedicated launch announcement to our school and nonprofit network, and direct access to our program team for onboarding support.

Go Beyond the Visit
Pathway Sites that want to extend their impact have the option — never the obligation — to direct a contribution to a financial literacy or youth development program of their choice. Every dollar goes directly to students. You choose the program, the amount, and the timing.
