As a Certified Pathway Site™, you already open your doors to change a student's trajectory. For those who want to go further, the Community Impact Giving Program lets you direct a contribution — any amount — to a financial literacy or youth development program of your choosing.
This is an opportunity, never an obligation. There is no minimum and no pressure.

Become a Pathway Site™
Complete your certification as a Certified Pathway Site™. Hosting even one structured student visit makes you eligible to participate in the Community Giving Program.
Choose Your Program
Select a financial literacy or youth development program to support. You choose where your contribution goes — we never direct it for you.
We Handle the Rest
We connect your pledge to the recipient organization, provide documentation for your records, and include your contribution in your annual impact report.

A registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to delivering financial literacy and career readiness programs to Black and Brown youth in underserved communities — free of charge. TCOF deploys programs to organizations that cannot afford them, ensuring zip code never determines access to financial education.

RWP Student Transportation Fund
Every dollar directed to the Transportation Fund goes toward covering student travel costs for Field Labs — ensuring that distance is never the reason a student misses a career experience. Managed by The Carter & Olay Foundation and distributed directly to partner schools and nonprofits in need.
